Got fitted for a CPAP machine today, so for the next couple of weeks I'll be sounding like Darth Vader when I sleep

That was one of the reasons I pushed hard to be checked out of hospital when my heart went a bit gaga the other night. I'd never have been able to sleep with an oxygen mask on.

I'm not too bad with them actually in the hospital, as they usually have something rigged up above the headboard to hold all the fiddly bits and keep the wires and hoses as much out of the way as they can be.

It's at home, with a standard bed and no side table, that I'll have to fiddle around with it.
