This is why I shop mostly online now. Stuff comes to my door months in advance of the holiday and get just as good a deal without being maimed.

I'm realistic enough to realize I'm not going to get one of the 10 toys sold at 10% of cost because I'm not big enough or fast enough to assault my way to the front of the mob, or strong enough to hang onto it long enough to buy it, or have a gun permit to get it to the car without getting mugged.
