Or more loosely, retail. I'm sure we've all now seen or read about the use of pepper spray by a shopper on up to 20 or so other shoppers while struggling to get a hold of some xbox deal at a Walmart. Or how about
the police using pepper spray on a crowd at a Walmart in North Carolina.
Put your Chinese Zodiac away. Clearly, 2011 is going down as the Year of the Pepper.
But does this also say something as to what is going on with retail these days? Of marketing? Of consumers, as well?
