Considering that half of Seattle seems to have been declared not-earthquake safe, we need infrastructure programs for more reasons than just economic stimulus. I have a feeling we're not the only city. I still don't think they've done anything about the powerline infrastructure in the Northeast, and then there's the levees in New Orleans. This Walker #*)@ needs to realize that there's a lot more going on than what he can see on his neatly folded piece of paper.
