I haven't checked Facebook in ages. Brittney's been bothering me to go on there and approve her listing me as her sister *laugh*

Hard to tell that we're officially into autumn with the way the summer weather was treating us. Makes a person wonder what winter will decide to slingshot our way this time around. Ah, well, we shall see in time. Happy Equinox, love!

hahaha yeah. good for you for abstaining from the facebook addiction. It can be lethal.
the weather is funny the way it's been all warm, and now just this week it got chilly. it's like it knows autumn is officially here, so it better start acting fall-ish. i'm not looking forward to winter, but i guess it comes with the territory of living in the midwest. :)

I learned from before that social networking sites really do not promote friendship or anything, but seem to me to become a popularity contest. I thought about going onto Facebook, but I thought A) why would anyone care to know about me, and B) Why would I want to share my life with complete strangers. I learned that lesson from before.

yeah, i mean, i really love facebook because i can keep in touch with friends I wouldn't probably keep in touch with otherwise. so it has some good things about it for me. but there's no need for me to be friends with people i've only ever said hi to in passing. it's just unwanted clutter.

yeah, well I remember chatting with some of my friends who were Facebook junkies and how they had hundreds of friends. It was also how most of my female friends had mostly guys, and you would think that would be the same for my guy friends. Yet all my guy friends have guys contacts, lol.

Basically I just do not want to put all my bussiness out to people in the world to know and read. That is me being paranoid maybe

Good decision on facebook! I hate that when people I barely knew/know or knew but dind't get along with in school try to friend me. When I see people who have like a zillion friends I think that is crazy - and i think it poses even more of a security risk to oneself.

I don't know I am one of those that doesn't like to friend anyone unless aI have a present meaningful connection with that person. lol

i am with you on craving the autumn foods. It's neat to se someone so connected to the seasons as you seem to be. :)

yeah I agree. I don't know why i ended up accepting all those friends, i was not exactly popular or well-liked in high school so I'm not sure why people friended me afterwords. but i'd rather have a small bunch of facebook friends that I truly care about than a million I don't.
I've always loved living in the midwest because of the shifting seasons. even though places like California are beautiful, i could never live there long-term because i'd miss the seasons. lol that probably sounds silly.
