The Yay: My summer tires are back on the car.

The Boo: My snows are done. Two are quite bald, and the other two probably only have a month or two of driving left on them. So new snow tires for me.

The Funny: When they were removing the old tires from the rims (since I see no need to store dead tires), they used the RIM Clamp. I snickered.

Today's Record reminded me of something I saw last night that was really cool - holy hell is the Nith river flowing right now. I crossed it (twice) on my way to band practice, and I could see tree tops poking through the river. Small trees, of course, but *trees*. There was a nice slick bit of black ice right outside the office door. Nothing's seriously hurt, but *ow*. And I lost my latte. I think the icon is quite appropriate in this case.
