It was great to catch up and see you too! :) I hope that you can make it on 12/22 to catch me at Midnight!! :) After that I seriously don't know when I'll be out again... I have school starting up in Jan, and working is holding me away from socializing for a while...

Yes, I have heard similar things from people too. "Your hair's too long!" "Are you a boy or a girl?", "Hey ugly!" etc.

It's actually been more of a struggle for me than I let on, but when I stop to think about it, I'm glad that I don't measure up to pop-culture standards for beauty. To me... it would be a sure sign of ugliness to not be comfortable in my own skin.

Thanks for the encouraging blog man. It's made my day a lot brighter.
