One week from today I will be going home for break.  One week from this very moment, in fact, I shall be in New York and fidgeting in my seat on a bus with a probably kinda-smelly seatmate and wondering if I'll catch an early train home.

I think Palahnuik is one of those writers who simulataneously disgusts and enthralls all at once. I read Fight Club a few years ago now and I keep meaning to read more of his works (I recently downloaded some for my Ipad, though I can't remember which ones.) I have to say though, Haunted intrigues me, I may have to check it out in the near future (first things first I am finishing Lies by Michael Grant though) There's no denying he's a very clever writer :)

I haven't seen last week's Supernatural yet either. I can't really be bothered to in all honesty, though I am looking forward to today's episode. I feel like I don't really have time to watch something my heart isn't in at the moment.

Also, I am so, so near the end of Dean's part of the Apocafic that I can almost taste it! so I will probably be sending that your way later on tonight :)

I agree... with what I've heard of him you either hate him or love him, but those who love him find something poignant in his writing/to his characters despite of the grotesque, etc. Yeah, I've heard Fight Club is good. I really want to read Survivor. I'll let you know how Haunted goes! I've not heard of Lies, but I looked it up and it seems very interesting! It's always good to find books your excited about :)

Ugh, yeahhh... I'm in the same boat :/ But at the same time I feel like I'm a bad fan or something if I don't watch an episode. I was looking forward to today's episode too! Then my mood just kinda flopped lol. I'll prob watch it later anyway. I want to see Misha act like Misha! That's what I was looking forward to.

AND OMG HAUNTED. I never finished that one, though I was really enjoying it (I think I still have it laying around somewhere). And yeaaaaaaaaah I know exactly what story your talking about since that was the only one I read. The entire time I remember being like, "WHAT IS THIS I CANNOT STOP READING."
