Don't feel like you have to say anything at all :) I know it's hard to relate if you haven't been through it -- I know I wouldn't have been able to before we started all this.
Besides, how could you write so beautifully without a certain amount of complexity.
Heh, this is something I was thinking about just recently, actually. Thank you, anyway.
How do you feel about living in the US? I always think people from other countries must think America is absolutely insane. But hopefully, there are some good parts too. Do you expect to be here for a long time? We're currently applying for green cards, so our stay is indefinite right now. I have very mixed feelings about this country, though. The part where we live is generally pretty great, and has provided us with a better quality of life than we had before -- living near a big city means all sorts of new entertainment, and it's very mixed, both ethnically and with lots of people from other countries (big academic environment with Harvard and MIT) which is great for me, because I was sick
( ... )
Lol at your politics ;) Are you American? I never know quite how to represent myself politically to americans because some have a tendency to think any kind of left-wingedness equates to communism, and I'm not a communist! Just gimme higher taxes on the rich, socialised healthcare and a living wage for every job.
Yes, I'm an American. And trapped in Idaho, to boot. You can imagine what it's like for someone who doesn't worship at the United Church of the National Rifle Association.

I am rooting for you as you await the arrival of your little one!
I respect f-locks and use them for everything personal myself, so you and I are likeminded there.
I also lean hard enough to the left that some friends have joked that I make Castro look like Ted Cruz, so...Yes, we're good.
With that and the BTVS love, I think we have a good bit in common and I am delighted to know you.
