How has no one told me of the existence of a National Hot Dog and Sausage Council?

I guess it seems intuitive given that pretty much every industry has some sort of governing body promoting its existence and sticking up for the little guy. What are hot dogs to do when commercials depict a boy eating a delicious tube steak and complaining about how ( Read more... )

I get that that maybe people forget about peanut butter so you need www.peanutsusa.com. I also, sort of, get why pork needs a shot in the arm every once in a while, but people aren't forgetting that meat exists. If they have chicken it hurts the pork industry, but the AMI still wins.

I find it curious that Chicago is only #5 on the top hot dog consuming cities.

I wonder what the numbers are like per capita.

1. These people did not even check with the American Cancer society. I would think that would be a good source of information on what does and does not cause cancer ( ... )

At some point in my life, I want to compare cigarettes to fruit by the foot. Whatever the conversion would be, it's a brilliant idea.

Oh god, my browser blocked the song. I totally missed that the first time around. That's a fantastic little ditty.
