I guess it seems intuitive given that pretty much every industry has some sort of governing body promoting its existence and sticking up for the little guy.  What are hot dogs to do when commercials depict a boy eating a delicious tube steak and complaining about how

It's mind-boggling. And the fact that there's an institute who represents the ENTIRE WORLD OF MEAT? wow.

I get that that maybe people forget about peanut butter so you need www.peanutsusa.com. I also, sort of, get why pork needs a shot in the arm every once in a while, but people aren't forgetting that meat exists. If they have chicken it hurts the pork industry, but the AMI still wins.

I absolutely can not believe that she has that in her title on the website. I could understand if it was a nickname given by family friends and co-workers... But that is probably on her business card.
