"N-no," she said quickly. The Judekitty mrowled lightly, again, and she flushed. "I, uh, I was talking to my cat, that's all."

Impulsively she added, "Did H- he tell you a lot about our school? Like ... the things that happened, and all of that?"

Rikku nodded quickly. "Right. It's ... way less made up then you'd believe, I think. It's a crazy place, you know?"

Probably wouldn't buy the boyfriend-cat thing. Best to skip it. She cleared her throat. "Uh, I think ... your friends kinda think I'm crazy anyway."
