LOL I don't think I will be able to see Phoebe in the same light ever again.

For Maritza's house I wanted to use a lot of color, but something that flowed from room to room. She's such a vibrant character I thought that should reflect in her style as well, hence the loud colored bathroom and kitchen, with dark wood accents throughout. :)

oh gosh I always draw out the houses that I "plan" to build. It helps me to stick with the original vision I had... and also I hate CTRL-Dragging walls :P I know it's so stupid, but I really really hate it. So by drawing first, I eliminate about 70% of any of that.

And I think Jasper said it better; more like surprise rimjob than anything...

I love Maritza's house! And you're so organised with your sketch and everything! I don't think I've done that since TS1 days. I probably should before I tackle my next big project though.

I always sketch out the ones I want to be meticulous about, heh. It's fun. I've been known to search house plan websites and jot down something I like in my notebook to use for later.
