Slowly the door opened and Link in his wolf form padded in, snuffling at the air and made his way to Zelda, rubbing against her whuffing at her, blue eyes looking up at her.

The sound of the door opening and closing alerted her out of prayer. Looking up, Zelda saw a blue-eyed wolf make his way towards her. Smiling, she ran her fingers through his coarse fur. "I was not aware that you would be here. Have you come to join me?" The fire was at its peak, spreading warmth throughout the small room and putting her at ease. With Link here, even in his wolf form, Zelda felt the last of her tension disappear.

With the single window the room offered, Zelda could just make out the moon, not a full one, slightly hidden by the dark clouds moving in. It was likely that snow would start to fall tonight, but for now, Hyrule would simply be victim to the cold winds howling in from the north. But that did not bother her as the lodging offered enough to keep warm with the bed and various thick blankets and linens for its weary traveler. "I am glad you are here with me," she whispered as she bent down to kiss Link's snout.
