As if to demonstrate, he put it to his head again, and pulled the trigger. Half an instant later, Polydeuces stood towering over him, the syringe-like arm positioned defensively around Akihiko before fading away.

At first, it was the noise that drew her attention. Noisy rooms weren't really that abnormal in the hotel, but hearing sounds of violence instead of pleasure? Quietly, she stepped into the doorway and found herself staring down at the mess littering the room, as well as the person that had created it.
No matter what, the sight of him pulled a small smile to her lips, even if it was a bit sad.

She moved across the room in just a few steps, dropping to her knees before him as she reached for one of his hands. It wouldn't do for him to find out how she'd ended up after everything was over, so for now, she'd see what she could do to help him through.
