For a moment he was abotu to simply rebuke the boy outright but then a thought struck him and he produced the original document that he and Krad had signed, setting it on the table.
"Dark Mousy. You will surrender your magic immediately and in exchange I shall give Krad a painless birth and void payment of his contract immediately. Is this correct?"

Again it was a heavy price to pay, but he'd gotten around without using magic before being as he couldn't really use it without it affecting Daisuke.

He read slowly and deliberately, "Dark Mousy, will surrender unto Lucifer the Morning star all magic bound unto Dark's soul immediately and totally. In exchange Lucifer shall give Krad a painless birth and void payment of Krad's most recent contract immediately. This contract is signed and bound totally in blood and spirit that no party may beak it."
He turned the contract then to allow dark to read it, producing a single feather of his own from somewhere and holding dark's out to him. "Sign in blood with your own feather and I shall do the same. That will seal our contract."
