I might have a few questions about Cassandra and Jon but right now the only one that's really stickin' out is the one about Janet and Cassandra in relation to Lifeboat. Am I taking Janet's character biography as IC as well? (I cried so hard when she was murdered, the memorial service.)

Yuppers. Janet's death happened about 2 years ago (give or take). Cassie has, essentially, been raised 'out of the loop', even with having her 'extended family' around...ish. Obviously, she knows a few things, but not a whole bunch.
So... she's not privvy to uber classified information, though she does know about Jon. :)

Carson would know the truth about Jon O'Neill (Jack clone courtesy of Loki) and Cassandra. So, take the histories as IC. :)
