So! I've been working on and off on a KR2000 AU series, which I've been posting on AO3, and at the moment I'm working on the longest story in the set thus far, "Confession is Good for the Soul". I intend to enjoy the latest chapters, very much. If I could ever somehow convince you to RP your version of Shawn, you'd make me the happiest person alive. As that probably won't happen, I'll just fangirl your lovely stories instead, and hope that you continue to write more of them. :)

It's good to know that my fic has at least one reader. :) Small fandoms, few hits, fewer comments, the same old story... if you enjoy "Confession", I do hope you'll take a moment to leave a bit of feedback on some of the chapters. Sometimes it feels like I'm playing to an empty house, if you know what I mean, and that can get awfully discouraging.

Sadly, no. Or at least, not anymore. Never enough people to sustain it, unfortunately. But I gave it a go! *g* Now I play Kitt in a couple of panfandom games on Dreamwidth, or in sixwordstories here on LJ.

Pssh, your Shawn is simply wonderful. :) But time, yes, I understand never having enough of it.

Always! I understand that, too - it's hard being in a small fandom at times! Of course I'll leave feedback! I have a few days off due to it being Thanksgiving, and I can't think of a better way to spend some time than reading some new KR fic! I've been a fan of the first story in your series for years, so I'm thrilled to see that you're continuing with it. I think it's one of those defining fics in the KR universe, if that makes any sense at all. So the house isn't quite empty yet! :)

To have any work described as a "defining fic" is about as good as it gets for a fanfic writer. :D So thank you again, so very much! If I may ask, what leads you to describe it in those terms? I mean, I like it an awful lot, but of course I'm biased. ;)

I do hope you'll enjoy the OC I've created; I'm very fond of Brad Adair, smart-aleck pain in the ass though he is, and I think that he, Shawn and KITT are going to make one helluva OT3 (although he and Shawn will have relatively little to do with each other in that respect: KITT is really the fulcrum in that relationship).
