Well, I was in this community some time ago. Years ago, actually. But through journal abandonment and neglecting the internet I fear I need apply again. Plus, from what I can see this place needs a little life thrown into it. Here goes.

There's no question of you getting in.

D100s are not totally useless! You can use them for percentages. In fact I would prefer a d100 to those goofy percentage d10s that the kids use these days. Also, once my dad used his d100 to determine whether a guy could jump to the moon. My dad was all, "You can try to do anything at all in D&D," and the guy was all smart-ass and said he wanted to try to jump to the moon. So my dad said that if he rolled a 100 on the 100-sided die, he succeeded in jumping to the moon. Unbelievably, the guy rolled a 100 and jumped to the moon. And immediately suffocated and died. That's what you get for taunting the DM.

That's hilarious. I love my D100, I just have to wait 10 minutes for it to decided exactly where it's going to land.
