Again I am sorry to hear about Pops. He was always so welcoming (him and Sandra) when we visited them and I know he will be missed by many many people. He deserved his immortalization by Norman Rockwell, a true American gentleman.

I signed the guestbook! But I think it is still checking it for content.... who would be so low to desecrate the iBituaries?

I'm sorry to hear about your loss. It's always hard losing someone you're so close to. I am happy to hear that the family was all with him.
To not sound cliche, but if you need anything, please feel free to call me at any time if you want to vent, or talk about the Sabres or my latest trip to Legends.

He and Sandra LOVED that bag of rice you gave them from the old apt. They used it for YEARS!!!

I'm really sorry for your loss... and glad to see it looks like you're doing alright. Never had the pleasure of meeting your grandfather, but being immortalized by Norman Rockwell is pretty much one of the coolest things that could happen to a person, and it sounds like he was quite worthy of it. Looking back on the closer relatives I've lost in my lifetime, I can't think of a memento of them that would be more special than that.

Like Mike said, not trying to sound cliche or trite but if there's anything I can do, just pick up the phone or whatever.
