There's nothing like this V storyline in the books, so it's probably the one I'm most excited about, right now. That it brings together three of my favourite characters, Eric and Sophie-Anne and Lafayette, is great too.

Hm. I didn't think it was explicitly confirmed that it was Sophie-Anne's blood (i.e. blood from her body, as opposed to blood supplied by her, but collected from some other vampire). Either way, it has a lot of possibilities.

RE: the Eric comment, I really am crossing fingers that Bill's (apparent upcoming) disappearance = Eric will be pulling a book four.

Well, there have been spoilers that we'll be seeing "a lot" (i.e. nudity) of Eric next season, so I wouldn't be surprised if they kind of merge books 3 and 4 in the next season. However, we need Eric clear-headed (at least at the beginning) to introduce Sookie to Alcide and direct her to the Mississippi vamps.

Considering the book-canon squishing they've done before, they don't necessarily need Eric clear headed, but I imagine you're right. I mean, with Bill disappeared (presumably for the book 3 exploits w/ his maker), who else *could* Sookie go to for help other than Eric?

So, I think this post of mine was prescient (the cut tag read: why has there never been a movie on the Lincoln conspiracy?)

Note to Robert Redford: CAST SAM RILEY.

DENIS O'HARE, I LOVE YOU.

Ahem, I found that news very exciting. Sometimes the casting directors really know what they're doing.

I'm very excited for Agora. It looks great.

Sam Riley...not as Lincoln, surely? Although I support the casting of Riley as a matter of principle.

YES! About O'Hare. :)
