I get the same feeling when I watch the opening scenes of Capote, or read the sentences in In Cold Blood. I thought the first season in particular married that sense of location with the horror movie aesthetic of Japanese films very well.

The V cast is full of familiar faces. And MB! She looks so great with that hair! (Because you know, she always look really great, but SQUEE!) I think I'll check this out. Don't know how it'll work out, but hopefully well!

I'm sure MB would look stunningly beautiful completely bald, but yeah, I think that pixie cut quite suits her.
