I'll take Crowe, because he has such great chemistry with Bettany. But also, I really hope they bring back Davies, Gordon and Tognetti for the music.

YES, More Aubrey and Maturin please! I loved the first movie and I'd love to watch another, especially if it focused more on espionage and not so much adventures in the sea this time.

But only if Bettany comes back too... and possibly drags his gorgeous wife to play Diana! I've been picturing Jennifer Connelly as her ever since I first read the second book in the series...

I don't know if you have seen it, but there's a trailer for the (Swedish) adaptation of The Girl Who Played with Fire available. It's only in Swedish with I think Norwegian subtitles, but maybe you'd like to have a look. I can also link you to a version with Danish subs but I don't think that makes a big difference. :)

I didn't know until I came across those photos that they'd made a movie from the book (which I haven't read), but I know the series is enormously popular. I suppose I ought to see the movie before they announce the inevitable Americanized remake.
