Isn't this the reason why they're rationing rice in the US? We went to Costco a while ago and it was one bag per person. My dad went on this HUGE anti-communist rant afterwards.

RATIONING? Seriously? I have no idea. That's the first I've heard of it.

Well, it's not like war-time rationing where it's VERY strict but Costco and larger supermarket chains did have rations. I'm not a rice-freak or anything (LOL 'cause I'm Korean. XD) but when things start getting rationed, I get anxious.
