Since I'm not on Facebook or Twitter anymore, I have no outlet for my negativity about how other people act/look. I really don't understand the issues with post pro-ana stuff online. The problem isn't obesity. The problem is, and always has been, a lack of balance. Obesity is merely a symptom of the real problem. The media is the one who has put the idea into people's heads that obesity is the problem. Is the media to be trusted? Perhaps revealing the truth problem wouldn't yield enough revenue. Besides, how does one communicate to the masses that a lack of balance is the real issue? Well, regardless of the existence of "big brother" or government influence, balance is the driving force that has kept humanity, and even life itself going for eternity. Balance can manifest in any way you can think of, or comprehend with our primitive brains - for example, in the form of emotional, physical, or even the vocational. Without harmonizing, or self-actualizing, we're all doomed (Americans especially). I speak in great generalities, so I digress. But back to body weight: the laws of nature dictate that too thin equals death, but too fat equals death, so it's quite simple - balance must be achieved! One last ( ... )
