Oct 27, 2011 09:54

Okay, folks-- here's the thing. I am not a teenage boy, much less a gay teenage boy. and also I have not had sex. So if anything comes off as inaccurate, anatomically incorrect, or just plain odd, please! Let me know? Thanks.( Kurt wasn't shaking anymore, his nerves forgotten. )

So Kurt is not ready to go to the next step of their relationship!

Well, certainly not ready to accidentally start slipping into subspace, that's for sure. :)

I'm not a teenage boy but I have known many in my life. The sense of yay! sex and naked times rings true. Boys, you two

Are Kurt's tears just a product of being overwhelmed? That's how I interpreted him crying the first time they got off together...that it was a lot of sensory overload combined with Kurt's not being to the opportunity for sex himself/general distaste that we saw in cannon. So this could be the same + leftover emotional load from the previous night/Melissa + the slipping into subspace unawares you mentioned in the comments.

Yeah, I think his tears are understandable pretty much every time he's crying, it's just that it's all packed so closely together. >.< and because culturally we expect guys not to show emotion in that way.

*facepalm* I just noticed I started a thought but never finished it. So embarrassing that I can't recall what I was trying to say either.

Good point about the cultural expectations...as we know, Kurt doesn't let that stop him from being himself so the tears make sense. He's with someone he loves and trusts so there's not need for his public facade here.
