Yesterday in Writing for the Media we talked about choosing the right word for the situation. You don't say "fireman", you say "firefighter". You don't say "stewardess", it's "flight attendant". If someone is under 12 years old, their a "child", 13-20 a "teenager", 20 and above "adult". This prompted me to raise my hand and ask
