Castrovalva was the one that got me hooked too. I was about six and I remember watching it and thinking he was the cutest thing EVER! Well, not those exact thoughts since I was six but I had a little girl crush on him. And then, as time went on I just decided, he was wonderful. My mom used to watch All Creature's Great and Small, and she pointed out that was him too and I was very excited. I remember being about eight or nine and seeing an episode of Campion and thinking it was great but I've not seen many of them.

Also, Johnathan Creek? I didn't know that. Alan Davies is adorable. I should start watching them anyway.

See I would have been about the same age and I know I probly would have watched it, as my parents both like DW and sciffy in general, but I have no specific memory of it, just an awareness that Peters kinda cute, and I've always had a thing for Blue-eyed boys, which could explain my attraction to Eccleston and Izzard.

Yep Jonathan Creek, if you wanna get it, I'd say plump for this
I admit it's a bit pricey, but it does workout cheaper than getting the set's seperately.
