"Supernatural" has such great potential and some serious creep out factor. I am going to have to get DVR because it will be on at the same time as CSI, and I can't miss my weekly Nick Stokes dosage.

Actually, I was more concerned about "The Night Stalker" conflict than this. I again worship my DVR and will sacrifice virgins to it post haste.

Oh, jo_chan ... can I see you in the living room for a minute?

I don't think my station carries it! Gilmore Girls is on at like 11 and Mama's Family or something else retarded is on after it!
Seats update...The $50 tickets are for whole tables since the shows are caberet style, individual tickets are $12.50 and if there aren't 4 of you, you get to sit with strangers. :-)

It's actually on on Thursday's opposite CSI (and The Night Stalker). Our schedule's still pretty full for October but we will see what we can do about getting over there to see the show.

Well, now it's on tonight opposite "House". I'm not really sure what it's final time slot is but I'll be DVRing it all the way.

They are different affiliates with different schedules...they did the same thing with Gilmore Girls...didn't carry it for a while, only had it on Saturday afternoon, etc. Once the show finds an audience maybe my affiliate will get their act together.

Can I ask a dumb question? nlguy September 19 2005, 16:29:47 UTC
What is Supernatural about?

We watch so little TV these days (or should I say I do) I am a bit clueless about what's on now.

Happy Birthday to yer sweetie, Arrrrr!!

It's about a family who hunt down supernatural phenomena (do do de do do) because something freaky killed the Mother (and later, the girlfriend of one of the kids). It's really a fun sort of show (a la X-Filesish) and I really can't see how something so fun and well written will last but it should make a great DVD set if nothing else (ooh, cynisism, they name is the_dark_snack).

DVR is definitely one of the greatest things ever. I used mine for the first time the other day.
I just got a new computer several weeks ago, and it doesn't come with system recovery discs, but there's a program that will do them for you. It only takes two DVD-Rs for it, or FOURTEEN CD-Rs! Way to put into persepective how much room the DVD-R discs have <3
