Well, the weekend got better than my last post would make you think. I ended up chatting with one of my new Facebook friends which really helped me to pass the time and not feel so alone.

I guess I need to ask now just in case ...

We might have a ticket left over for Birbiglia this Friday night at the Murat. MIGHT - meaning, the person coming with my sister might not be able to make it. We don't know yet and it's too long and annoying to explain WHY. Suffice to say I heavily stress the MIGHT part.

That said, would either of you be interested in buying it and going with us if need be, on Friday? I will hopefully know very soon whether this is a firm offer or not, but I didn't want to ask anyone else I had in mind until I tried one of you two first.

As much as I'd love to take the ticket, I can't. I already made a promise to someone and have plans with them for that night. I'm sure you understand. Thanks for thinking of us though.
