Today the Nebraska Court of Appeals upheld another decision in the which I reviewed the evidence, researched the law, wrote the opinion, made a recommendation, fought the Commissioners because I knew I was right, and finally convinced them to agree. So I just have to laugh at some of my fellow 1L pupils who walk up and down the halls as if they are really something. Oh life will eventually slap a little perspective. So I took Chelsea, Valerie's little sister, driving for the first time ever this morning; her first time driving ever and my first time ever driving with her.  It went, as expected.  She didn't quite know the feel for a vehicle.  I went to the parking lot of our stake center and had her do laps in the parking lot going about 5 miles/hour.  It took ( Read more... )
