God love those depo shots. I would be dead without those thingys. They hurt like a bitch for the first few days but it is sooo worth it!!! Have been getting them for a few years now, god knows how I lived previous.

And don't feel bad about the laguage barrier, remember you know more then alot of people. You may not know very much, but like I said its a hell of a lot more then I know.

Thanks, I needed a bit of a pick me up on the language thing today :)

The depo shots were my best friend for about a year or so, but I gained alot of weight something like and extra 4th of my body weight and got PMS every single day. My doctors recommended I come off them but warned me I would probably put on another 10 lbs coming off them. Thankfully I don't want kids yet - as I've been warned it could take years for me to have them since my periods stopped during the injection time.

Off topic but i really love your kitty icon, the expression is just ' I am queen. ' I love it!

King darling! King! ha ha I won't let him know you called him a queen. It definitly wouldn't be the first time someone referd to him as a female, and it wouldn't be the tenth time either :D

Yesh I never get my periods with it, thats why I love it so much. I can't tell wether I gained weight with it or not, my weight has been something that has always fluctuated ALOT no matter what. But lately it isn't fluctuating, its just raising. *tear* Anyways, it is a fear for me that I might not be able to get pregnant right away after I stop taking it and it could take years because my husband is a great deal older then me and when we are in the financial situation we are definitly going to have one. I would of had one 4 years ago but it would be selfish as at times we can barely care for ourselves let alone add a baby into the mix. It might never happen, I might only ever have furry children, but we will see.

Oh god - Sorry kitty!

I've been off for about 8 months and still nothing, which is very frustrating as I want to start taking the basic pill asap but I need to wait on getting a period first. I just know its going to come like the heavens have opened the day I step out somewhere very public in white jeans! I've heard often that you need to not only wait for your period to come but wait for it to actually settle back into a normal cycle before you have a chance a kids - I've be warned of miscarages if you get pregnant before your cycle is back to normal but I'm not sure how accurate the miscarage information is as it didn't come from my Doc!

I want two children, but I'm 20 now and ideally I would like to be in my late 20's so I think I've timed it pretty okay :)
