"Yes. I figure it's never too early to start with the basics, even if she can't even stand up yet. Best to find out now if she doesn't like it. I wouldn't want to force it on her, but she seems not to mind."

There was something about letting kids twirl around that made them happy in general. He had no idea if it'd always stay that way, but he wasn't about to pass up the opportunity to see her get into something.

River was glad Zoe had an evident will of her own, but it could be tiring sometimes.
"You want to join up with a dance class this term? You'll have to talk to Alice if you want anything other than the toddler class.". She appraised Jim with a gleam in her eyes. "On second thought, you're probably fine talking to me."

As he walked Digby and Pigby by the studio, he took a little detour when he heard a familiar voice. "She's getting bigger," he said, once he got close enough for River to hear.

"We're doing very well, thank you. How are you? And Digby and Pigby? They look like they're having a nice time, at least. Almost like they've been in a dance studio before. Do you dance, Pigby?" she asked, patting the pig on the head.

Watching her dance chills her because it's such a normal activity and one filled with soulful grace. The baby only makes her more aware that she's so far from home and everything here is different. "They can't dance just yet. Soon they'll be crawling away at top speed, but no dancing."

"No dancing on her own yet, so I'll help her out until she can if she wants to. I don't like to think of her crawling away, though. I'm sure she'll start finding trouble immediately."
