As she passes, she lightly touches the back of Alice's neck.
It's a sign of how she's growing.
"Not dead yet then?"

"Been there," she sniffed, coughed into her mug. "Done that." A long swig did nothing to soothe her burning throat, and she grimaced. "What about you? Have you escaped the plague?" Reaper and T-Virus be damned, this thing wasn't going to get the better of her, much less Eden.

Eden gives Alice the sweetest smile that she can muster as she pours herself some coffee.
"Seriously. Stay away from me. I'm a nightmare when I'm sick."
As Bill Nelson could well testify.

After it died down, she straightened in her chair and fixed Eden with a crooked grin. "Yeah, I guess you gotta keep yourself in top shape for your new career as a dancer," she said. "How'd your audition go, anyway? Anybody die?"

She has pulled things from the fridge; filled a plate with them. "The doctors here are a great help if you are unwell."

"I don't like doctors," she said simply.

"Fresh coffee?"

"Please," she grunted, holding out her half-full cup. "Mine's cold. Well...not as fresh as I'd like, anyway. Thanks," she added, almost as an afterthought.

She leaned over, resting her forehead against the cool surface of the table, and sighed. Her head was buzzing - she wasn't sure if it was from the other people in the kitchen or the cold. Probably a mix of both.
