"...Kara?" He said, disbelief evident in his voice. His expression completely shifted, brows furrowing, eyes widening slightly. He lowered his sidearm slightly without realizing it.
Only it wasn't Kara, because he'd seen her only a few minutes ago...and she sure as hell didn't look like this.

After boggling at her for another moment, his arm steeled, gun trained at her again. His words weren't exactly coherent as he looked down to her stomach then double taked.
"What did...you were just..."
She'd just stood there without any kind of explanation. She'd just let him walk by. Kara had at least. Lee wasn't exactly sure what he was looking at right now. The word 'cylon' tempted its way into his thoughts.

But by evening he was restless, and with the book under his arm he headed out the door when, well, speak of the devil-
He had only caught sight of the man out of the corner of his eye when he began to speak. "Well, there you are. I'll have you know, I read most of the damned-" And then the sailor got a better look and stopped short. "Ah, forgive me."

When someone came up to him, almost like he knew him, Lee looked a little confused. Then again, that was starting to be the rule for today.
"Uh...I'm sorry?"

And yet the similarity was frightfully uncanny.
"Forgive me," he repeated. "You look remarkably like someone I know." He shook his head as if to clear it and then held out a hand. "William Bush. I imagine you're new?" Of course he was - even in his solitude, he would have noticed this man's presence, certainly.

It was only after he spoke that he realized that the man was dark-haired and dressed in an unfamiliar uniform which certainly was not Royal Navy issue. Was this one of the "clones" of which Dr. Wilson had spoken? How curious!
