Is it possible to have a two day long hangover? House wasn't sure. All he knew was that he still felt like shit, and New Years Eve was over 24 hours past.
Some of it was a blur - was it his imagination, or did more than one random woman he hardly knew kiss him for no apparent reason? - but he definitely remembered waking up tangled up with Chase in his bed, flashes of sex that was... enough to make him feel guilty. Christ, get some drinks into him and he turned into some jealous possessive monster. Well, not just the drinks. Watching Chase and Jack flitting around the party like grand little cockteases hadn't hurt either.
Christ, his head hurt.
He was sitting in the main room of the treehouse, leaning against a wall, all bundled up while he waited for the fire to warm him properly. He leaned his head against his cane and groaned.
