I usually listen to 98 Rock here in Sacto daily, and today one of the callers called in with a very interesting question/comment. He had moved here from Washington State, and wondered why everyone that he's come across in Sacto is a raving meany. He said that this is the most horrible place that he has ever lived. I have heard many comments like
