As for Sayaka...she really didn't wanna admit this, but she was utterly lost in the halls of a library. And from what she could tell, it was really big.

"Hello?!" She cried out, peeking from bookcase to bookcase. "Anyone in here?" Under normal circumstances one would be quiet in a library, but Sayaka wasn't in a normal circumstance. Eventually her travels brought her to a particular window and her next response was quieter than her earlier ones, but it was loud enough for a Seyruun princess to hear.

"Amelia...!"

Despite the close proximity, Amelia nearly missed the call of her name, most likely due to trying to concentrate in getting her work over and done with as quickly as possible. Still, she did lift her head, looking around a moment before spotting a familiar looking figure nearby.

"Miss Sayaka? Where did you come from?" she asked, pulling out her chair and walking towards the other girl, curious but smiling all the same.

Sayaka smiled as well while making her way toward Amelia, relieved that she'd finally found the other girl. "I was trying to find you so we could discuss our day out together, and was told you'd be somewhere here...wow, you look really great." She glanced away while feeling her cheeks flush a bit.

"Ah, sorry, I got dragged off to do some paperwork." she explained, rubbing the back of her head, before hearing the other remark, as well as noticing Sayaka's expression. She blinked, confused for a brief moment before looking down at her formal wear. "Oh, this you mean. Well, it looks nice, but it's hardly practical a lot of the time." she replied, smoothing out the long sweeping skirt of the dress.

"Heh, I can see how difficult it would be to defend justice in your formal attire." Sayaka sat down next to Amelia while whistling under her breath. "How much more do you have to do?"

"Still quite a bit, sadly." she sighed heavily, settling back down to leaf through the pile of papers. "I'm sorry about this, the counciller just sprung this on me without warning, and I need to get it done today."

"Reeeeally?" Sayaka leaned forward, a mixture of curiosity and mischievousness in her tone. "What if I said you could get that all done within 2-3 minutes? Then could we spend time together?"

Lifting her head up once more from the documents, her eyebrow raised in question at the bold proposal. "I would say that sounds good, though I'd have to ask how that is even possible?" she replied.

"Well...let's just say I have my ways." Sayaka held up a set of documents and passed them toward Amelia to sign.

The princess still looked skeptical, but trusted her friend all the same, signing the papers. "Then what do we need to do?"

Sayaka allowed Amelia to see a wide grin on her face before replying. "You just did it, my Princess~"

"Um, how is this going to help though?" she asked, voice wavering a little due to her confusion.

"Easy!" Sayaka laughed lightly before going on. "Those papers you just signed? Your Dad signed them a while ago, albeit over one of his usual...talks about how justice will be served faithfully."

"How did you...?" she stammered, eyes wide and staring at Sayaka, her mouth hanging open. After all, it wasn't an easy feat, getting a hold of those papers.

" With his signature, I was made the royal secretary of the palace...and your bodyguard." Sayaka smiled sheepishly before continuing on. "Being secretary gets me passage to certain documents.

"Yours puts the clause into effect - whenever you deem it worthy, we take time off to spend with each other."

She continued to stare a moment, going back to read the papers confirm it was true. Drawing her gaze back up at Sayaka, she leaned forward, elbows on the table, hands together and her face resting on them. "You do know we're going to get told off for this later, right?" she remarked, though by her tone and expression, it was clear that Amelia wasn't more amused than worried about the whole thing. Well, even if it only lasted a little while, there was no harm in making the most of it surely. Thus, she stood up, tidying the documents away.
