Esca/Marcus College Roommate AU, cooking troubles

Because I'm having trouble with my mac and cheese, and because college AU's are the bomb:
Esca and Marcus are roommates, blah blah blah, everything's going great UNTIL Marcus decides to start cooking. It is completely beyond him. He'll mess up pasta, toast, and even Kraft mac and cheese. Esca is horrified, yet finds the whole thing hilarious. Of course he's an amazing chef...
