[OOC] Permissions
Threadhopping: Doable, but please ask before jumping into an ongoing thread with him. I will probably say yes, just give me a heads-up.
Backtagging/Slowtiming: Yes please? I can be a pretty slow tagger sometimes, so I pretty much rely on slowtiming. I am happy to keep tagging for as long as the thread is fun for us both.
Canon puncture: Ten... tends to assume there are myths and stories about him all over time and space. (Arrogant? Juuust a little. XD) If you tell him he's fictional, he's probably just going to assume it's one of those stories that do canonically get passed on about him.
Physical contact: Go for it. You don't even have to ask - the Doctor will hug just about anyone, and he has no bubble of personal space. Hugging, kissing, hand-holding, pouncing, whatever is totally cool.
Physical injury: If it's just throwing a punch or anything that's not likely to do more than leave a bruise or leave him a bit scraped up, go for it - you don't even have to ask. Anything more than that, I'd like to be asked; I'm usually okay with hurting my characters, and the Doctor does recover more quickly than most people, but I'd like to be able to plan for it.
Romance/relationships/sex: I'd generally classify Ten as a polyamorous panromantic demisexual. He flirts pretty freely with anyone he likes, and gets stupid crushes on most of the people he's close to, but he won't take it any further than hugging and handholding and being generally adorable at them. If they're that close and your character would like to take it further, I won't mind - the Doctor, on the other hand, gets really cagey about actually admitting he loves and/or needs people, and might freak out a little. Or a lot.
If a relationship does develop to that point, the Doctor doesn't initiate kissing or sex (genetic transfers aside) - he does enjoy those things, but it doesn't cross his mind unless someone reminds him that those things exist and they're fun (refer to "The Girl in the Fireplace"...). That said, I'm not going to play out any sex scenes with the Doctor - we can totally talk things out if you need details about something or other, but any actual threads will fade to black.
Psychic contact: If your character has psychic abilities, they can probably get a look at his surface thoughts pretty easily. If they go any deeper than that, though, he's probably going to notice, and will probably shut you out. Once he has his shields up, a strong psychic could still probably get through - talk to me about that and we can figure it out.
