So, it may seem silly, but I've slapped together some Jillian Michaels icons to keep me motivated. I just can't get over this woman. Her body is incredible and her workouts have, without a doubt, helped me lose much more weight than just doing my own exercise routine. I'm signed up to her mailing list too, so it's motivating to get a daily e-mail

I would recommend some of the Biggest Loser workout DVDs (especially the first one) and once you're comfortable with those, ease your way into Jillian's stuff. The Biggest Loser DVD provides enough of a challenge so you'll break a sweat, but starts out at a level designed for beginners so you can ease into it. There are different levels too, so you can work your way up to the more advanced boot-camp style workouts.
