For the next 3 weeks I will be in Monrovia doing my Fiber Training. Even though I don't really post much, I do read most of your guys' posts. So if anything exciting happens while I am gone remember it and tell me when I get back. I might get a tattoo while I am out there to help pass time. We'll see.

I worked 54.5 hours this week. Some guy worked 148 hours one week. He made $20,000 that month. Verizon doesn't really care to much about overtime, haha.

So I passed Pole Climbing training. I start work at Verizon tomorrow as a Fiber Network Field Technician. Pole climbing was a totally different experience. You have a lot more focus when your feet are 18 feet above the ground and the only thing holding you up is two 2 inch pieces of pointed metal attached near your boots.
