Working out this week has not been as fruitful as I'd hoped only got in about a total hour. Need to do better this week.

You should hit up Greek town, just for the culture, go see the fist sculpture and play in some waterfalls. The waterfront looking over to Canada is gorgeous. Hope you have fun!
