Working out this week has not been as fruitful as I'd hoped only got in about a total hour. Need to do better this week.

Had a good bit of exterior work to do today. It's so humid here in Louisiana. Pouring sweat.

After finishing work, decided to workout before chickening out. Did hill program for 30 minutes. 289 calories and 1.3 miles.

Tomorrow I will do 40 mins if I can.

I feel great.

Hope those state side are having an terrific off day today. It is raining and storming here in Alabama. We are off again for work and I really hope that our continued good eating habits stay with us. I haven't been tempted much since getting back on the wagon post vacation.

Helping a friend move this weekend and got some good exercise in lifts and squats and the 20 steps up and down to the street from his door. Yesterday load the truck, today unload at his new place. Not too sore today.

Had a really great day today. Got a few chores done but relaxed and read some.

Worked on house design and ate really well. Finally getting some rain from issac. The clouds broke off enough to see the blue moon.

Being an expert procrastinator I am knocking things out this time back home. It feels good. In Charlotte we found a cool long postit pad with five lines for each day of the week. I filled it with three things each day home. A humble start but it's working.

On a good note down .5 pounds from yesterday.

It's been a pretty busy few weeks and I'm glad to be going going home now. I do feel depressed about heading home like one feels when a really good vacation comes to an end and you have to get back to the grind of work. Feeling much better this morning. Only took a sip of codeine last night and never woke up. Going to save the rest for next time. Finally have my appetite back as well.
