On the road

Had a good bit of exterior work to do today. It's so humid here in Louisiana. Pouring sweat.

After finishing work, decided to workout before chickening out. Did hill program for 30 minutes. 289 calories and 1.3 miles.

Tomorrow I will do 40 mins if I can.

I feel great.
