My counsellor is a lady I really trust, who has a fantastic understanding of trans issues and is extremely supportive. Her name is Dianne Yexley and she works in Southampton. I got hold of her through the Gender Trust. She charges £30 per hour, but is very flexible if people find that difficult. I appreciate that you're asking TS's for info on TS issues etc. Too often the NHS employ non-TS individuals to make decisions on actual TS people, though they can know absolutely nothing about what being TS is really like, or what a TS person really needs (Barrat being a perfect example!).

My therapist is Dr Kenneth Demsky He's a gender psychologist and very good i strongly recommend him. He's a bt pricey but great, especially for FtMs (hes a short man, personally for me that made all the difference, nice and easy to relate to, plus he has years of experiance) He's contactable on 0207-4356116.
