Compiling a database of gender counsellors

I'm Stuart Lorimer, I'm a consultant psychiatrist recently started at the Claybrook Centre Gender Identity Clinic, at Charing Cross (having worked there previously as a specialist registrar, in 2003). At the moment, I'm employed part-time, one day per week, but hope eventually to do more sessions.
I'm frequently asked to recommend good gender counsellors, but the Clinic doesn't appear to possess an up-to-date list. I've therefore decided to try to compile a working database, and would be extremely grateful for any help you can give me with this. Essentially, I'm looking to build up a list of counsellors and therapists based on recommendations from transpeople. I'm then going to contact them individually, establish their credentials, fees, etc. Ultimately, I think it'd be a really useful resource, as well as hopefully helping me become more aware of the non-NHS support agencies.
