Flush twice, and if you're on the throne, try to be as noisy as possible. Talking on the cell in the bathroom is rude to the person you're talking to, and to the others in the bathroom. So it's our duty to make the experience as painful as possible to the talker.

I totally agree. I have a coworker who has one of those walkie-talkie phones and so as not to disturb people who are working, she takes it into the bathroom to talk on it! I delight in flushing when she does this.

The phone can't be switched to non-walkie-talkie mode? Going into the bathroom solves the wrong problem!

The cell phone user is responsible for his own conversation. Flush, talk, wash or sing at will.
