Our coup of the night is that we're getting the United States leading constitutional scholar, Erwin Chemerinsky, to be our keynote speaker. So last semester in Civil Procedure, the case I was asked to brief in class was Gomez pertaining to some issue on immunity and the responsibility of plaintiffs to include such issues as part of their initial complaints.
