Mmmmm.... Jolt isn't listed on the medics page (and I'm pretty sure most of the whole thing with him being Ratchet's apprentice is fanon), but on his page (http://tfwiki.net/wiki/Jolt_(ROTF) it says that he had trained more as a healer than as a warrior...

Can I count that as him being medically inclined?
